Each granting agency has specific compliance and overlay requirements. For example, environmental, equal opportunity, “Buy American”, State prevailing wage/Davis Bacon labor standards and relocation requirements. Managing and having complete records of compliance is critical to ensure your project or program will not fail to meet these requirements. In some instances, failure to meet the requirements could result in a loss of funding or repayment of funds to the granting agency. The Adams Ashby Group manages these requirements for our clients to ensure compliance.
HOME Long Term Monitoring Services
Adams Ashby Group provides Long Term Monitoring Services to communities with HOME funded multi-family housing projects. With a 55 year commitment and annual HOME requirements, Adams Ashby Group ensures compliance. Our Long Term Monitoring team provides unit inspections, tenant file audits, and overall review of the project and asset management. In addition to meeting the State annual requirements, our team provides training and guidance to property management staff to ensure regulations are met.

Labor Standards Compliance For Prevailing Wage
Adams Ashby Group is prepared to execute complete labor compliance programs for publicly-funded projects subject to state and federal prevailing wage laws. This process includes: working with project engineers, contractors, and architects in preparing bid documentation; maintaining all required certifications and authorizations; reviewing certified payroll reports; necessary on-site employee interviews, completing all required reporting to state and federal agencies; maintaining project compliance with programs.
