We review and develop program guidelines based on the local market trends, program marketing, provide homebuyer workshops, train lenders and agents, work with applicants to pre-qualify for the program, act as a liaison to primary lenders, administration, and program implementation. Throughout the process, we strive to ensure each program applicant understands the responsibilities of homeownership, the financial obligation, provide their family with the pride of owning a home and a sense of security. We work as your partner with the agency and provide all required reporting and monitoring. Programs are typically funded through CDBG, HOME, USDA, CalHOME and RDA funds.
